I put a few of my pinball machines up for sale, hate to do it but that was the plan from the start.
the only good thing that will come out of it will be more room, more room to get a few more .
Money comes and goes as long as the hobby can stay funded by the sales of a few then
that has to be positive.

I'd hate to end up an old man with 100 or so machines stowed away around the house,
this guy I met last winter told me of such a man -he told the tale of 90* F summer heat
walking sideways through this guys living room, every room of his tiny house filled with 'pins'
and cats! he told me how awfull the stink was of cats that hid and hissed at him
the poor old man fell under the spell of 'collector' that all men are tempted with.
Wonder if ever there was a Greek God of 'Collecting' and if so what would he or she be called?

Some man was emailing the crap out of me about 'space mission' sent him like 17 pics of the 'pin'
and told him all I knew, the 5th day out came the true 'dick head' that I knew he was he wanted 50% off and didn't even see it yet! thats the kind of people you put up with-no big deal just the way it is. 40-50 year old lonely balding men who feel like they threw the winning touchdown pass at the Rose Bowl 'cause they knocked you down 20%-50% on your stuff. Heros of there PCs in a dark safe bedroom of Moms house........awwwwg !

I still fancy the idea of opening up a retro arcade with machines from the 1960s - 1970s
have kick ass coffee and maybe even some room for music twice a week at night.
I'd have giant doors at both ends that you could open in the summer so a breeze could drift in,
but if you do the math it never works out rent/ power/ help$/ Ins./ bla bla bla etc etc.
a ton of quarters needed every day & every week to keep it a float,
perhaps if I win some mega money I can tell the world to screw off and just do whatever
but thats all of our dreams to get to a point so one can exhale with out choking on bills all the time.

Big Ben is still in the works a few odds and ends but mostly a steady hand and paint brush
the house smells like paint and solvents ( least it's not of cats ) and I had to find some good
pics of big ben online to make a missing center plastic part.
(powerful London skies, do they really look like that?)

Anyway I doubt I'll sell anything, it's a flood of stuff out there
panic and selling off of almost everything I guess its about cash in hand
when you dont trust the banks,
might be a good time to buy if you have no fear in the future
