RUST AND RAIN
As I drop down the steps of this parking deck I cant help to feel how the years have leapt, I wont waste time looking back or telling the younger ones what to expect, Not my call to show them a way got to cut your own path everyday. Head up the hill hang a right at the corner December winds never felt warmer Same old KAT talking his jive so I reach in my pocket and help keep him alive.
My favorite cafe I find the coffee very good although the company that hangs often misunderstood, Faces look right I've seen them before names never matter and are forgotten once more. The people lost friends and gave up trying again, they come out cause their tired of being shut in . Watching life through a dirty old window people come and go, it feels good to be part of that flow.
T.V. and the useless crap- ipods and mp3s can have it all back, to be tuned in and always connected. A young mans face surrenders as his date talks to her cell phone-X, he wasn't counting he would tag along, like a cute puppy that wont be put down the cell phone licks her ear oh so warm.
As the sun sets on this river town and an Amtrak speeds on the old Penn RR tracks kind of wonder looking back now how it must have been 20s and 70s and everthing in between ? -Autumnfade

Some parts of Chino are still green. Not the part I live in though they developed a lot of real estate here.
Happy Birthday too by the way! <3
