I have new hair and new underwear today is good! I started yoga again which I miss I did yoga for two years then just kind of stopped but I forgot how good it feels. I started running again and I completely cut out sugar breads rice and pastas from my diet and I feel amazing. I have an abundance of energy now. Im starting to feel like myself again for the first time in a while. I worked my ass of at the gym and boy was I fucking sore but it felt awesome. I recently starting eating breakfast too with my boyfriend in the morning, eggs with asparagus and mushrooms yum! Yesterday we rode our bikes around and saw a movie and I bought my boyfriend a yoga mat so he can start doing bedtime yoga with me at night. I am working really hard to get back to my old weight which is hard to try and do in a healthy manner because thats not completely my MO but I am giving it a shot. I colored my hair red and it looks pretty damn awesome. On a side not I am really craving to visit home in Chicago soon. I really miss my family. I got to talk to my 3 year old sister and my 6 year old brother the other day on the phone and my brother is like a 70 year old man trapped in a little kids body the things he says are so old timey and hilarious he also informed me he drew a map of south america for my birthday and my sister is a total spit fire. Hopefully I can see them soon. Last night I had the best sex ever oh man it was hot! Its the first time I felt really passionate with my boyfriend since he cheated on me. There was great kissing pulling pushing and my favorite hair pulling It was nice to connect with him again like that and not be like okay ready to have sex ? I am trying to bask in my happiness which has been some what easy except my drug riddled hot mess of a bestfriend left me a voicemail that she was really high and she was going to jump off a building she was at and throw herself onto the train tracks and she needed me to talk her out of. I feel really disrespected because I am a recovering drug addict and I try to help her but she turns me down and rubs it in my face saying she will never get as bad as me It makes me so furious that she throws my past drug issues in my face. At least I did something about it and didnt just wallow in myself pity. I dont even answer her phone calls anymore which sucks we have been friends for 15 years and she just drives me crazy now. I just try to tell myself that I am NOT going to let this ruin my life if she wants to be miserable thats her problem. I am here to help not to seek sympathy and attention from. Right now I am ready to just take my next step in life which is school and Portland which is going to be so good for me I am really excited Keeping my fingers crossed that I am going to FARMEGEDDON
