Watched Prince of Persia today with a couple friends, one of which is the type that hates any movie that isn't Fight Club, and both him and myself were very impressed. They incorporated a few video game techniques into the cinematography and did a brilliant job in meshing the two variants of the Prince of Persia games. The one-liners where enjoyable, the fight scenes were wonderful, the parkour made me want to go break my neck trying the stunts, and Gemma Arterton made for a great eye-catching heroine who could inflict the same pain with her quick tongue that Jake Gyllenhal did with his sword.

So they did make it look stylized like a game then? From the trailers I've seen it looks not very good at all, like one of the Mummy movies lol

Haha, no thank god its nothing like the mummy movies. There is even a part in the beginning where like in the game they talk about where you need to get to and go through all the obstacles along the way and work the camera backwards along the path. As far as movies derived from video games are concerned this one is impressive.
