We are watching you out there, SGland...
I just spent 2 weeks with Weetzie. It was so nice to have someone to go on little adventures with in my new city. We ate at a different restaurant every night (with the exception of Flipper's which was a repeat offender) and walked to all of em! (except the one in Pacifica)
The Pacifica restaurant in question would be none other than the Manor Grill & Cafe cheffed by our very own brocklee. Weetzie and I went with Twinkie and some guy who must have wandered in from off the street. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it came with two chicken breasts and red pesto and mmm...damn that was a good sandwich.
brocklee also brought out some special Pancit and Lumpia. Sooo good. Afterwards I couldn't stand straight I had so much food in me. That place is highly recommended. We need to get a big group there one of these days.
Pacifica was one of the stops on the way back to my hometown where we attended a house party that had everything from a chocolate fountain to video games. We drank summer sake out of little cups and voted on celebrity hottness brackets.
The next evening we went to Yoshi's where we had some sushi and saw a bonafide jazz great, Benny Golson.
She's gone now, but I think she is now addicted to San Francisco...which means she'll be back. Until next time kiddos...
