You know what to wear now for your next passport photo!

I think I will be selling a piece of TwinkieWear. I made myself a Hostess chocolate cupcake tank top with the white swirly frosting, but the tank top is way too big for me. I have no idea why I bought that size. I'm a dumbass.
monroe:
Oh God that's gross!

Tuesday night I went to see my childhood friend Ian's band, Obliterati play at Bocce's Cellar in Santa Cruz, a restaurant/bar/bocceball place. I played my first game of bocceball ever. Then I went and had some breakfast and hung out on the beach.

Yesterday I went up to Oakland again to Yoshi's for the Elvin Jones Birthday Tribute Concert. Delfeayo Marsalis was the bandleader and...

I've been enjoying the movieblog a lot. I saw the remake of Psycho, so I feel if I see the movie now I probably destroyed all the magic it had.

I think the worst thing about recovering from this surgery is the fact that it hurts to laugh.
toothpickmoe:
That's pretty lame. I'll try not to say anything funny.
sloane:
I was going to ask why you can't see funny movies right now, then I saw your journal and was like, "Oh."

It's pretty funny - typical 80s teen flick. Check it out when you're feeling better!

Oh my, I could recommend Hitchcock movies all day long.. To Catch a Thief is my favorite - something about Grace Kelly and Cary Grant that just makes me so happy. North by Northwest is also wonderful. Marnie, Dial M for Murder, Strangers on a Train, Stage Fright, Rope, Rebecca, and The 39 Steps are all definitely amazing films.. A little piece of my heart breaks every time people say they've only seen Psycho or The Birds.
