Here's some personal photos, a window into my life during July 2016.
People say it's cheaper to cook at home but as a chef I beg to differ...Hungarian paprika & Indian chilli spiced Steelhead Trout with cumin/ginger rice. Sides of radishes, cauliflower, carrots and butter beans in a spicy marinara sauce.
I'm constantly trying new beers and Driftwood from Victoria BC, impresses me time and time again. Not only do they make great beverages but the labels are works of art.
I like drinking in public and touching cats.
My Gotham is my universe and I love him.
Enjoyed a brewery date in North Vancouver with great beers, good conversation and a tall babely red head.
My buddy Reid and I looking like douchebags.
Cocaine and Rough Sex with my Fun Time Friend, Ashley.
Ashley and I being gross.
I'm a hoot in the morning.

sometimes you wake up and the craving for homemade veggie dogs is too much to handle.
mmmm Beer...
Isn't this just the greatest show to come out in years?

breakfast done well, at Yolk's.
I miss painting my nails.

An enjoyable day off with Ashley filled with brewery hopping and make outs. A bittersweet day since it also happened to be our last day together before ending our relationship a couple weeks later. Someone offered her the kind of relationship I wasn't prepared to give her.
However, before the separation of energies, we had an enjoyable breakfast.
disconnection of self as I rewire my heart/brain.

Gotham had his first birthday on July 26th. So we spent the day together cuddling playing with all the things I bought him. How could I not spoil him? He's so handsome. Also made him a raw cake, of sorts, from Dungeness Crab & Wild Tuna. Oh and catnip.
a day off spent with a double dosage of Batman The Killing Joke. The animated version was rather disappointing.
I've been taking a break from being pescetarian, as of late, so I could enjoy the only meat I miss...Pork.
I had a rough week leading up to my birthday but getting to go out for birthday dinner with the greatest energy in my known universe, GLITCH, made it bearable. Though we may not be together anymore, I couldn't picture my life without her.
a promotion to Sous Chef at my job, was a great belated birthday gift.
and with that the window closes once again...
