Just got the phenomenal Photoshop / Master Suite CS5:
Here a photo I took in Versailles, left the original. On the right, I used the new content aware filling, with only small manual adjustments. Photoshop calculates what would be in the photo behind what you want to get rid of. Doesn't work on every kind of image of course. Now you see 'em, now you don't.
