This weekend, I'm working on Bob's Gears of War set that we shot in a San Francisco cellar. Going into MR next week, my set with Clio that we shot in Amsterdam at the Moevenpick Hotel (photos below).
On an annoying note, my car was broken into & my wallet was stolen, incl. my Green Card. Although I'm an unconditional permanent resident and the card's only 9 months old, I have to file all over again, fingerprints etc. and pay $370 (again). But hey, it's fast - 3.5 months average LOL. 1 E-filing, 1 mail filing and 2 appointments in person is all it takes to print me a new card LOL. Fuckdammit. (I'm not a US citizen cause Austria doesn't allow dual citizenship) At least my Honda Pilot fought back, there was a considerable amount of the asshole's blood. Since all my info was in the wallet, I sat in my house with my .45 & 4 bloodthirsty cats at hand until dawn
It's fun when a break-in happens at 6pm across from the police station & city hall...now I'm off to the DMV woohoo. I never, ever leave photo equipment in the cars but forgot the wallet for all of half an hour.
