Medical marijuana in California's legal dispensaries is peerless. Now there's a way to solve the budget crisis - Weed tax. Of course, cutting people's salaries, benefits and taking their houses is a lot more fun to the average Republican. It's just a pity few places in California feature snow one could throw grandmothers out in, as fitting sacrifices to a mighty god known as The Market, who is always in need of placating.
