so certain crush has been mutilated beyond recognition. Another disapointment. suprize suprize...

I think my illness was brought on by to many uppers ie coke. I need to cool it, so I guess its downers only please

it's all about balance. you have to regulate the uppers AND downers keep things on the level. otherwise you get all out of whack.
