i am now officially thrust into the wonderful world of freelance / hustling- i'm getting jobs dealing with live sound engineering, recording bands at my studio and/or abroad, video switching at live events and FCP/Avid editing. So if anyone is looking to do anything dealing with that- here i am......dirty bitches. I'm a little nervous, but so far i'm being referred by word of mouth which is panning out well (i guess that means i'm fucking good) but it's always the uncertainty of where to find the next job that keeps me on my toes- I LOVE THE STRUGGLE- hopefully the jobs keep rolling in because i kinda like the idea of not having a "normaL" schedule. so yesterday i went to a dr lady's house to set up the boom pole and wireless mic through a field mixer and feed it into the dsr-500.
in addition to that- my band's been getting some great gigs lined up - john & peter's in new hope on june 8th, space rock BBQ on july 31st, the rotunda in the fall and a 103.3 wprb dr.cosmo's show either the end of this month or in the summer-
