Well I went to the behavioral health office at Camp Casey today to talk to someone. I got a general evaluation by some random sergeant and then I was referred to a civilian doctor. So next week I"ll go back there for a followup. Apparently this doctor thinks that my transition to Korea is the root of my problems with sleeping/nightmares. Also a lot of my anxiety is stemming from my knee. So we will see how that works.
I get to see the surgeon next wednesday in Yongsan which is good. Hopefully I can get some answers and determine what the next step is. We get a four day weekend this weekend AND next weekend for labor day. Can you say best two weeks ever? I'm looking forward to getting through the next couple of days. Friday this week we have a half day of work and a victory celebration barbecue because we just got through with two weeks of shitty training. So go us.
Also this time next week I'll be about 4000 dollars richer thanks to the wonderful bonus I shall be receiving. What to buy what to buy. Remember those classy square-framed glasses I used to wear that I have in some of my photos? Well I need to buy another pair of those since the ones I used to wear broke two years ago. I'm sure there is a shop in Korea that has something similar. Probably buy a geeked out desktop as well. Also definitely putting some of it into a savings account on this side of the ocean. And of course going out to the Korean clubs because.... duh its Korean clubs.
Things are still about the same as a whole. I'm still pushing on and taking it one moment at a time. Can't do much more than that.

I still say you should take a break and spend one of those long weekends de-stressing somewhere in the south pacific
