today was a boring day for some reason. waited for my computer parts to arrive, having paid extra for next-day delivery. they havent turned up. i tracked my order and it hasnt even been packaged yet. im guna ask for my money back from the next-day service. and maybe ill shout at them aswell. i might get more free stuff then.

also, i applied to take the official mensa test. my mum made me do it when i was really young but i never did it. i think it would be good for getting a job n stuff. i did the 'mensa workout' today n got like 27 out of 30 so maybe i can do it. the score sheet said i had a very good chance of passing. so why not?

grrr i got really annoyed today, cus the only copy of my CV is on my other computer, so i cant actually do anything about a job until i get it back. unless i write it all out again, which is a bit of a pain
