Short, quick update - I'm in the middle of moving right now, and will be off the internet for a few days. No more rats, no more sporadic gunfire...yeah, motherfuckers! 
Sorry for not responding individually to you all, but I'll have plenty to say when I get back regarding the topic du jour. In the interim, all I'll say is that I followed Olivia's advice in her journal to "do a little research," and feel like I have a better understanding of what has been going on for the last few weeks. I have been talking to a few of you offline, so y'all know what I'm talking about.

Hope your move is going okay. Got to play at a great jazz & blues fest yesterday. (Setlist posted in my journal). It was a blast, but I made a little over 4 bucks.
