New journal entry (finally). I got a nice little note from the gorgeous McKenzie and meant to leave a customary little "hey, thanks", but it ended up being long enough to be an entry all by itself, and even applicable to SG in general. So, yeah, here it is, or rather most of it:
To be honest, I've never been more content with my life, and I'm hoping the feeling doesn't fade too quickly. As the days are getting shorter, I'm missing FL more, though. When I come back to SG and browse through the SGFL group, which is becoming far less frequently than I would have ever thought, I cant help but get a bit teary-eyed.
That passes after a few minutes, of course, when I switch over to catching up on the latest SG photo updates, but sometimes I let the tears dry without wiping them, so the salty trails continue to remind me why I'm here again, even as the delicious flesh passes before my eyes.
Wow, that got a bit poetic, and Pumpkin Jack's "What's This?" just popped up on my playlist, so I'm gonna put an end to the sad update.
