so the aftermath of being hit by the playmobile car has been pretty minimal. i'm back to nearly 100%, just a little stiff in the right knee. i've decided not to pursue compensatory damages, seeing as i have none. and to be honest, getting by a smart car and walking (ok, sort of limping) away from it is compensation enough. i mean, really. a fucking smart car? only i could pull that off, i swear to god.

Also, that smartcar incident isn't a total compensatory loss. I'm sure one can collect compensation for "mild public embarrassment."
