Okay I made THE BEST supper last night.
I made
Black Beans Quesadillas
1can Black Beans
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup green peppers
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 cup corn
4 jalapeno flavored tortillas
2 cup cheddar cheese
salt, pepper
Heat it all up, then chill for 30 minutes, spread on tortillas and bake at 425 for 15 minutes, turning once.
Matching Salad
Baby spinach
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 avocado, chopped in big pieces
1/2 green bell pepper
2 italian tomatoes (I like them cause they stay together, they're harder)
Lime Dressing
1/2 cup fresh pressed lime
1/2 cup grapeseed oil (or to your taste)
1 tsp jalapeno, minced
1 tsp cilantro (again, to taste)
1/2 tsp grated lime
cracked black pepper
I made it all with really really thin all-dressed potato wedges (they were super crunchy) and some sour cream-salsa-green onions dip.
IT WAS DELICIOUS.
And it was a spur of the moment I'm at the super market what should I make for supper thing. I was pretty proud. To note, what I used were vegan products, except for the tortillas. But you could not do that if you don't mind animal products.
That's all I just wanted to brag.

had to google green onions, we have it in Belgium but its called different.
You always voice your opinions clearly and avoid bias as much as possible. I don't always agree with what you say but you're one of few decent Canucks fans these days. You haven't been a cunt this series, and you're hot. So I'll end up forgiving and forgetting in a few weeks =]
