In a good place. Late night -- a couple of glasses of wine and talking for hours. Short round of sleep before waking up with a beautiful woman in my arms. Granted a lot of this is moving at a pace that others would say is "fast" if not "too fast." But, when you don't waste time playing games and pretending and denying feelings and whatever else, there is much much more time available to just be friends and lovers.

Also, yesterday officially "closed the door" on the "other woman" thing. Perhaps not permanently, but at least as long as the current relationship is active. We spoke -- voice-to-voice -- and settled up everything. She is sad, and I am too to an extent, but it is what it is.

BTW - Thanks to my fellow Geezers with their frequent posts on the Shuffle thread!! It has reminded me of music that I still have but never quite got onto my iPod. I will soon, though. Some excellent tunes out there!!

And a happy little shout-out to my close and dear friends here. I was talking about you all last night and saying how much I enjoy chatting with you all. Friendships are my life-blood and I am so very pleased to have fostered several friendships in this community! Thank, all!! Lots of love to each of you!
