This evening there was a little incident,
I'll call it a kitchen fire!
A grease fire to be exact!!!!!!!
Apparently too much Mrs. Dash & soy sauce stuck to the inside of a frying pan while leaving an unattended cheddar burger on high, was a no no!
Everything is okay now, it could've been worse............& no the NYFD didn't have to get involved, I was able to put it out myself.
This some how all goes back to my mother telling me to learn how to cook & stop putting soy sauce on everything.........she'd really love
it if I told her my latest mini crisis.
Okay, maybe she was right this time, but mother's aren't always right! She wasn't right the time she ran over my ankle w/ her car while I was still in the back passenger seat. (That's a story for another day!) So, I'll just chalk this up to experience & learn how to cook!
I'm going to play it safe & eat some left over curry chix salad now.........yum......
