I finally have my new dog, it's a German Shepard named Lobo (spanish for wolf)

The older dog has adjusted well but it's only been a week, they'll get used to each other over time. We did the proper intros and make sure they have their own space and time alone.

My son loves the new puppy but of course they also need time. He is still cautious and that's ok, everyone is getting to know him.

This first week has been hectic but interesting, just like having bringing home a new baby.

We start school Monday, I'm very strict about training early on because you don't want an undisciplined dog no matter how big or small.

Fred was much easier I did the training myself but Lobo requires school just because of the nature of his breed. I don't want a natural born guard dog out of control. I've always wanted one and know what I'm getting myself into which is why he'll be in school for a year and then perhaps then we'll move on to shows.

Fred is much more laid back, he is perfectly happy being a homebody lol.

Puppy kindergarten will be fun

Had a huge fight with a friend and cut her off, long story but it's very disappointing.

Still looking for a job. Focusing on my pharmacy background. Have some offers. Wish me luck.

Other than that we're doing great.
