Hi all hope are well.

I had a sinus infection for a long time, and was having the worst time finding a doctor I could sync my watch with, but after finally finding one, I got antibiotics and feel all better.

I also lost an additional 10 pounds, oh my! I didn't even notice this time. Down 30 pounds now. I actually thought I had gained weight. The harsh weather has kept me from my daily walking routine. So I danced alot indoors lol. The dog thinks I'm crazy lol.

We're also getting a new dog, a german shepard. I've always wanted one.

I've also been studying Wicca more closely.

So far I've deleted two friends but not here. I deleted then because who needs false friends? I'm too old for that nonsense

My crazy schedule is yes crazy but haven't forgotten about you guys.
