i just couldn't get that first line out of my head since i woke up that day. i went looking for that exact quate to make sure i remembered it right then i found all those other ones. too funny. at first i didn't think i would like it but i did a lot. you know which other one i liked? the one with the wayan's brothers. the title that goes something like: don't drink your orange juice while something something in the hood. i can never emember how it goes. do you know which one i'm talking about. marlon is so funny in that movie. and all the sterotypes are hilarious.
oh well i'm going to be on most of the day if you happen to be.

Unfortuately I won't be able to take one anytime soon -- going from a dual-income-no-kids household to me being the sole breadwinner (goddamn tech industry cutbacks = Anger having no job since February) has kinda cut into our savings.
Basically, we're broke. *sigh* I have vacation time, I could take the time off.. we just couldn't DO anything. But at this point that might be nice. But if I do that, I won't have any more vacation time for another year...
But hey, wish him luck, he's got an interview on Tuesday in St. Charles. Know any tech industry people who need a programmer/database/uber-tech-support guy?

The first ever SGSTL X-mas party will be held at The Atomic Cowboy in Maplewood, on Saturday, December 20th. The party will start at 8pm so that the festivities do not conflict with dinner and so that there will still be ample time to partake in the St. Louis nightlife. All SGSTL members are encouraged to bring guests. We will be having a gift exchange that night and all members will be required to bring one gift ranging from $5-$10.
