i went to see the fireworks down at the beach last night.
it was the happiest i have been in soso long.
heart shapes in the sky made me squeal so loud and writing our names in sparklers.
<3
me and a very special boy have decided to try and fix what we didnt even know was broke til it was too late.
we're taking it slow but i am SO happy to be back in love.
oh AND radeo is on the cover of front magazine tagged "the hottest suicide girl ever" i squealed when i saw it ! go that sexy thing !
OHAND
now i openly admit to not knowing much about politics both here in the UK and across the world but the outcome of this election made me feel proud for America, filled with hope and emotio.
it has also for me signalled a change, and not just a change of government in the White House. It seems like politics has finally caught up with the times that our generation has brought to the world; this only emphasised by Obamas' campaign usage of stuff like Myspace, Youtube and Facebook to run alongside his obvious understanding for the change in policy driven by a change to a modernistic and vastly more intelligent/popular viewpoint that the youth can actively relate too.
andas superficial as skin colour is, to be able to say you were alive when the first black president was elected is a great thing. maybe people have finally caught up with the idea that it doesn't matter what colour your skin is, a leader is a leader. I just hope he does alot of what he says he is going to do because he has a tough road ahead of himself.
And maybe something with finally be done about New Orleans, since Bush couldn't be bothered dealing with it.
two rather giant thumbs down for the outcome of prop 8. NOT cool.

I did get a wee display about 5pm at my work, the company across the road put on a display.
It was nice, what a noise though.
Perhaps I'm getting old!
