Hey guys!
I thought I'd update you all with a few photos from my 5 days at Download Festival this year! I'm not gonna lie its fully written me off and I'm in so much pain from all the walking and carrying that we had to do from the car/arena/camp site but I had the most amazing few days! For the people who don't know who played Download this year here's the line up and the photos of the first day before I looked like a scruff.
A few of my favourites I saw this year were Korn, Deftones, Megadeth, Slaves and Alien Ant Farm. I saw Sabbath and Rammstein but wasn't really fussed about the headliners this year. Unfortunately it rained for the three days of bands too which was really awful because all my clothes managed to get drenched and I got a massive blister on my foot so couldn't even walk :( but the first two days before the bands was scortching hot so I got a real bad sunburn and had no cream, weh!
As you can see from the first photo above the rain one my chest SO red hahahaha. We ended up leaving on the last day around 10 AM as we just couldn't hack the pain and horrible weather any more... Then discovered our car had a punctured tyre so we sat waiting for the services to come fix us up :') what a day yesterday was! I'm so grateful for my bed now but it was such a great time! Until next year Download... 🤘🏻
