HI LOVELY SG LAND!!
HOW HAS EVERYBODY’S WEEK BEEN!?
My week I can tell you has been a hell of a lot better than last week ☺️
I took some time to focus on my self and just do things that involved some self care and pushing myself to do some exercise to bring back some positive energy that I had lost recently and I’ve got to say it’s done me a world of good!!! ☺️
ABOUT A WEEK AGO I TOLD MYSELF I WAS GOING TO DO YOGA EVERYDAY TO CREATE SOME SORT OF ROUTINE AND SOMETHING TO GET UP FOR ☺️
AND TODAY MAKES IT A WEEK THAT I’VE MANAGED TO KEEP IT IT UP!
AND HONESTLY I ALREADY FEEL SO MUCH HAPPIER BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY!
I CAN’T RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH!
I’VE ALSO BEEN TRYING TO EAT MORE FRESH AND ADD MORE FRUIT AND SALAD TO MY DIET WHICH I FEEL HAS HAD AN IMPACT ON MY ENERGY LEVELS TOO!
And of course getting out in the sunshine is probably one of my biggest remedy’s.
It just felt amazing to get a little bit of sun on my face to help recharge ☺️
The sun just immediately lifts my mood especially when I have a little fur baby come out and join me! Meet Rascal everybody (he was pretending to be camera shy..) 🐶
Anyways I thought I would share with you guys and let you know I’m feeling good and now I can’t wait to get shooting my set for SuicideGirls next week as I’m going to try and enter the self shot competition!!! I’m so excited!!! 😱 just hope I can pull it off!!! 😁🤞
