I've been a stripper for over seven years, and at the end of 2017 I decided it was time to venture off into the 9-5 working world. I was able to get a position as a pool cocktail server at one of the hotels here in Vegas. As much as I loved the people I was working with, it turned out to be a complete disaster toward the end of these last two months. After sitting on it for a few weeks, I decided it was best for me to quit. I went to HR this morning and resigned. I feel stressed out and I don't particularly want to go back to dancing, but it's fine for the moment. I will still be actively looking for another job. Tonight is my first night back at the club in six months, and I'm so nervous! I feel like I've forgotten how to even dance on stage. Looks like some liquid courage might be making an appearance. My main goal is to get back to school by spring semester, which is a lot easier to do if I'm just dancing so that I can focus on my classes and pay for them out of pocket...
Wish me luck!!
