Just got home from the midnight showing of Return of the King... very sleepy... yet cannot sleep now... awake for 32 hours thus far...
The movie was great, maybe just the sleep deprevation talking but it never felt long and I just wanted more and more. I think this third one was closest to the book (in the parts that weren't cut anyways) the ending was great, it ended just as I wanted it to, just as I remembered it in the books. There were sounds of sniffling and cry at the end and I would be lying if I said I wasn't choked up as well. I can't wait for the extended edition!
Still awak... ah well... sleep is for the week and bored.
Oh yea... at the theatre was this fan with a shaved head, save for three long hairs and nothing but a loin cloth on prancing around as gollum doing the voice and everything... he stayed in character the whole time... very entertaining.
