piercing it sounds good in theory, but my friend had his pierced, (It was ridiculously huge piercing too!) and it fucked up his junk so bad that he used to have to pee in the sink, or sit down. 
It might have just been the enormity of the piercing itself though. And on the other hand I always wondered what it would be like to have sex with one of those things...
