wow, i have a ton of projects all going at once now. usually the holidays are about respite for me but right now it's full bore.

new office setup is going sooooo well. had my first two test subjects come by already and though i'm still setting it up the space felt really good for running studies. it's going to work out really well.

made it to the city of roses. and just to greet me, it's supposed to rain for the next five days.
but unpacked my van and i'm ready to setup my space tomorrow. i'm psyched.

also narrowly avoided a speeding ticket yesterday driving up here, saw the cop coming from an on ramp and pacing me JUST in time to slow down and he didn't...

ok, everything is boxed now. almost all of it is in storage. i'm ready for the trek from sf up to portland next week. now if the ass wipes setting off fireworks at 2 am would cool their heels i could get some frackin sleep!

ok, back in SF for a week. now is the big push for boxing and packing things. and a big week at work too. will be super busy!

loving fall colors in portland this last weekend. now that i'm spending half of my time there, i'm getting such a treat. i've lived in SF so long I've completely forgotten what fall is supposed to look like.

it is getting darn cold already there though. colder than a summer day in SF. so that's going to be interesting for me. I'm spoiled by temperateness....
