so i just saw this crazy thing!
star wars quilt
i've been back for awhile. i ate lots of amazing food in italy, which is obvious from the way my pants are fitting (or not fitting)...suddenly i'm ASSter!
things of note:
i witnessed a fiat 500 club parade in florence! all these people proudly driving their little fiats round and round the city, honking their horns and sporting "i heart fiat" signs in their rear windows. the horns played funny tooty tunes.
i swam in the "piscine naturale" and, stepped on a sea urchin...naturally.
in berlin i saw a demonstration of a wurlitzer (old cinema organ that accompanied silent movies).
there's a corner of the beate uhse erotic museum devoted to rudolph valentino! i dunno why though...there are no objects or artifacts there. just two cheap posters of a woman who might be natacha rambova, and an ugly spinning figurine of v dancing with a woman. the erotic museum was the only place in europe that was so tacky it reminded me of west edmonton mall.
the munich stadtmuseum is bizarre and fantastic and has all kinds of puppets, antique fun house relics, and physician's dummies inside! i looooooved stumbling onto such a treasure trove of weirdness! the 20s dress exhibit and regina relang exhibits were good, too.
the watergate club is the best place to dance and watch the morning light come up over the river in berlin.
dogs in ponza are very independent. they trot purposefully around town with no owner and will completely ignore you even if you try to get their attention.
that's all for now. i'll add more if i think of anything.

Hey, airport reading is airport reading; exempt from criticism.

I have learned to embrace The Pink in small quantities. Black is still where uber is at. I'm glad you're back. We must party together soon. It's been too long.
