of course, i'm surprised he isn't dead yet. for awhile i was reading interviews of him where it seemed like he had gone from wryly tragic to truly fucked-up--mutilating himself, etc.
i haven't listened to a morrissey album since viva hate, but i can't pass up this opportunity, even if everything he's done since has sucked ass (entirely possible).

I'll tell you both that the lst thing I heard about Johnny Marr was that he had done a little work for Beck's latest album, Midnite Vultures (and I have it, so this was easy to confirm).
But a quick search on the web, tells me that he's recently been producing for "Haven" http://www.haven-online.com/
Marr was the half of the Smiths that I liked.
