This is my random selection of thoughts going on in my head at this moment.
What have I done recently that's interesting? Well I did see 'Libertine' with my favourite lady Kiyone. I liked it. But they actually did the astonishing thing of making Johnny Depp look ugly! He's one of the few men I would probably think about sleeping with, apart from Gael Garcia Bernal without all the hair and the psycho guy with the frizzy hair in Battle Royale. What's his name? oh yeah Kazuo Kiriyama. Yeah they made him look really bad with boils and stuff when he catches syphilis from fucking everyone that moved. It's a good film, but kind of tailed off a bit at the end because the guy he played Lord Rochester was just so self destructive that it was just one long downer at the end.
I've been listening to a few songs on my ipod. some good, some bad, some terrible.
Mr Vain by Culture Beat - I love this song. It's basically just one chorus with a loop but I like it. 2Unlimited with that 'there's no limit' song was annoying but this one was good.
The new Apoptygma Berzerk album. Now I'm betting only the Goths will know who this band are. They are really a kind of darkwave dance band but for their new album they've completely changed direction and put some guitars in there for a weird industrial dance / guitar hybrid. but it's good!
A lot of Nightwish. I love female fronted goth metal. Though they've broken up which is a shame so i'll never get to see them. I love 'Ghost Love Score'. The only ten minute song I can listen to right through!
I'm trying to follow a few Buddhist precepts at the moment. I was very much into Karma. You will always get what you deserve but I have a feeling that it's you who unconsciously make this happen. This is because I can't explain all how such a large majority of the world has and will suffer so much pain. It's difficult to say that anybody deserves that.
Spring and Summer where are you? I need lazy days in Hyde Park in the sun staring at the half naked foreign tourists!
I want to put pictures up but I'm too damn lazy. Also I look shit in them all the time.
I saw 'Beauty and the Geek' on TV and saw a load of nerds looking up to a few surgicially enhanced fhm bunnies. I got reminded of the site for some reason.
oh yeah - and Serenity completely ripped off Cowboy Bepop with the whole Bounty Hounter in Space thing. And I have weird manga hair hair like Spike at the moment. Which is cool.

Well, I'll be honest with you, what you're saying there is a simple & distorted vision of the Karma principle. It is not as black and white.
Any Buddhist will tell you, Life IS suffering. Once you get to grips with this idea and you realize how each & everyone's ego create their own suffering, you start to understand how to over-ride the process. Of course, it's not exactly easy and calls for severe discipline if you want to learn Mindfulness, which is the ultimate key to enlightenment & the end of suffering. In my case, I am now familiar with many things but I am far from being disciplined enough and that's something I have to work on!
PS: It sucks because most of my books are in storage right now, so I am not able to give you the exact name of one book you should read. I found it a while ago at Foyles in Soho, it's got a greenish/yellowish cover and it is called something like "Karma & death, understanding the concept". Really can't tell you the name of the author, but it was a really interesting book, clearly demonstrating the false perception that most of us have about the concept of Karma
