I'm turning into a grumpy old bastard. Really I am. I started listening to some of my old cd's as I'm downloading my whole collection to my Ipod. I was listening to 'Insomniac' by Green Day, which I listened to a lot when I was a kid, and one of the songs 'the Grouch' hit me lyrics wise unfortunately with 'I was a young boy who had big plans, now I'm just a shitty old man'. That's me. I'm turning into a grumpy frowning old person. Work is shit at the moment but at least I do have a job! Lame though. I feel like I need some excitement but you can't when you lack the money. At least I have a house party to go to on friday. That'll be ok, cheap drinks and a 100 percent chance the cocaine will come out and I can chat complete bollocks to the nearest person. Or I could do a few shrooms and get paranoid for a few hours. Oh the choices. I need the sun. I think it's making a little bit mental. Like the song 'Brain Stew' from the same 'Green Day' album. It's raining, cold and I have no money. Bollocks.

I always manage to burn half the vegetables and have the other half not quite cooked. I realise the key is adding them at the right time, but some things seem to take much longer to cook than things that are chunkier, which doesn't make sense. Also, I think I don't use enough oil. Maybe.
You can of course have a wristband, but I'd probably have to make one for you as the ones I've made are quite small.

Yeah, "Insomniac"'s my favourite Green Day album as well, mainly for "Geek Stink Breath" which was one of the first songs I ever learnt to play on guitar. smile
