My World-
Still working in Bookshop. Making applications at the moment to do a Journalism course nexy year. Got four choices at the moment with my favourites being Goldsmiths down at New Cross and City University in Islington. Too busy at the moment to do any writing as it's almost impossible for me to do unpaid freelance work as it strikes me as a waste of time at the moment as I'm going to do it next year anyway and the fact that bookselling is a pretty physical tiring job with me knackered most nights Got Work Experience at FHM magazine next year too... The last time I read that was about four or five years ago and to be honest I would rather do it at somewhere like Empire which I enjoy reading a lot more. The whole 'Lad' thing strikes me as a load of bollocks and I hate the whole blonde high street honey crap with invariably abi titmuss or some perma-tanned soap star, but it's work and it'll be on my CV. Accidently walked off with a copy of Kerrang out of my local shop too. Read through the thing and realised what a horribly shit magazine it actually is and how out of date I am with the newest rock trends. So no music journalism for me then.
Going out a lot recently even when my mood is low or i'm not feeling it. Just don't like being stuck indoors. Don't really communicate with my flatmates too well and I like meeting new people which I usually do on night out. I live in London where there are a huge amount of interesting people to see. The site is great for this. Met loads of new people and invariably I can tell whether I like them after a minute's conversation in person.
It's good. I'm quite happy at the moment apart from the fact that I'm feel 'in-between'. Even looking forward to bloody Christmas!
