busy busy busy busy. today is my first day off since last tuesday. some fun things did happen in the last few days. yesterday, i went to poppy z. brite's book signing. she's so incredibly cool. she's having another one on april 7th on magazine street. i believe a week or two later, she'll be at barnes and noble in metaire. i did not realize how many books she wrote with out me knowing. damn her. i have to get them all. books are starting to cost me more than cd's. that's not a bad thing though. french quarter fest is this weekend. i will be out all weekend. this weather is just wonderful today. it's about 65 and breezy. there is not a cloud in the sky. today is a perfect day to go shopping uptown. i think that's exactly what i'll be doing. have a lovely week.
