Honestly, I did mine myself with a safety pin when I was 18 because I didn't feel like paying to have it done.
Obviously I wouldn't recommend doing the same, but when I had to get it re-done after a certain situation led to it healing up some time later, I went to Blue Devil up in YBor and they did a good job.
