So I wrote a thing and put it up on Medium. Saving Throws: How D&D saved my life during COVID. Realized some folks here might find it relatable. It's a hard time to be human, and a lot of us are finding shelter from the storm by playing pretend. Are you playing a lot of RPGs during the pandemic? Has it helped? Has it made it worse? Ironically, I wrote this last week and then work got so busy I barely have time to play anymore. It's like having a prescription run out and become un-fillable. It's been rough.
