Got the results back from that photo shoot up in Vermont and they're unbelievable. I'm not supposed to look like this:
But I do. What this artist does with light and the human body is pretty staggering. A five or six foot tall print of a different shot will be in a show in Burlington in September. I'm half-tempted to drive up from Salem to go see the show. Might even do a second shoot with him while I'm up there!
I mean, who wouldn't want to be photographed looking like this?

It was pretty remarkable. He has a studio with very high ceilings and relies primarily on an overhead light, almost a spotlight, keeping the model (literally) on a pedestal. Also one of the kindest photographers I've ever worked with as well.
