My Jets lost yesterday, but put up a valiant effort. We all thought they'd do a little worse, but I was proud, even if it IS a loss. Ahh well, next wk is the Panthers .. and after that .. Broncos. We should have those 2 games, our 2nd string QB is back. What a shitty Jets yr this has been! We want pennington back!
In other news ... well ... everything is still pretty much the same. If I can cash this damn check, Ill have a little more than half my rent covered!! So thats a releif. Landlord man will be phoning here any day .. THAT, I dread.
I also hate the other bill ppl that call me. I DONT HAVE IT, YOU FOCKERS!!! LEAVE ME ALONE OR I'LL BLOW A WHISTLE INTO THE PHONE!!
I decided to switch from oil paint to acrylics since I just dont have time for these paintings to dry. Wish me luck with that, Ive never used acrylics before.

I was in a car accident the other day, some dude slammed into me full speed at a red light. Ugh, I didnt know what to do ... because I havent received my D-6 clearances yet, which I guess technically means .. Im illegal to drive? I didnt wanna go to jail ... or ... whatever, so I just checked that the driver was OK, and was abt to take off (my car was smashed, but still drivable, THANK GOD, THANK FUCK, I dunno what Id have done without my car!) but the guy *insisted* that I take some $$ for the damage ... since he said I was doing him and his family a HUGE favor by not reporting this.
He was a taxi driver, so I imagine it coulda had some serious consequences for him. I started to say "No, dont worry abt it, its an old car anyways" .. but agn, he insisted. Then he asked me how much it woulda cost to fix it. I looked at my pathetic looking bumper, and even KNOWING just how expensive it would be to fix .. I said "MEH, $100?" He said "ok, I will DEFINITELY give u $100". I took his name, address and info right off his drivers license, and his phone number ... and took off.
Now my car sucks, and my neck hurts so fuckin bad!
When I got home, my friends told me what an idiot I had been. They said "you dumbass! HE smashed into YOU ... and YOU think you have to do HIM favors by only asking for a mere $100??!" I cant help it I guess ... I felt like I was taking advantage of the situation if I had asked him for the right amount! Hell, I was abt to walk away with nothing, I was happy for the goddamn $100!! That really helped my family, we were gonna have to stretch $45 another 3 weeks!
So yeah ... Im not sure what Im legally allowed to do at this point, but I doubt I can do anything. Im going to take my car to my mechanic today .. and have an estimate written up, so I can send it to the guy. He *seemed* sincere ... so maybe he'll pay for the damage? I dont know this for sure ... but I think if I wanted to report this, I woulda had to do so AT THE SCENE of the accident, so its not as if I can threaten to go to the cops abt it or anything. Anyone know abt this kind of crap?
aaah, I love the fall. I just drove down my street .. and theres all these orange, yellow, and red leaves ... on the trees, falling, and all over the ground. It was so beautiful ... and the weather's nice, too

I was in a drunk driving car accident whne i was 15. lost consciousness for about an hour had a big gash on my chin that went straight through and tore the gums away from my teeth.broke my auditorial bone in my ear(I'm slowly going def in my left ear) and it wasnt my fault i was a passenger. couldnt ride in cars after that for about a year. and if I had to i always had really bad panic attacks and freaked out.
Not having a diver's license puts you in a bit of a bind. Still, if I were you I'd get some kind of legal advice, get to a doctor about your neck, and go after the guy. Here we have no fault insurance, but I don't know what you have in Illinois. Sometimes, "The one eyed man can see, and the lame man walk," to paraphrase I Ching. Faith and guts can pull you through.
If I named my choice for the most beautiful woman, I'd get into trouble, and not only with her. Otherwise, it's between Christina Ricci and Kristin Kreuk.
