This morning I went to my favourite cafe for breakfast where the waitress asked what I'm doing for work or study and I ended up having an interview with the boss for a position in their kitchen!
I am a chef by trade but haven't worked in a commercial kitchen for several years so I'm looking forward to the challenge.
Maybe I'll even be able to introduce them to the recipe for my lentil lasagne! It's a favourite with myself and my partner at home :)
After I left the restaurant I went to one of my favourite places, the botanic gardens, where I took these photos :) I hope everyone in SG Land is having an awesome week!
