I'm leaving next Thursday to take the train out to Oregon, pick up my fiance's car, and drive it back to Vermont. I'm pretty excited. It's going to be a couple weeks of just being on the road. I love being on the road. No responsibilities other than getting from here to there without killing yourself or anyone else. It kind of bums me out that this is kind of the end of the summer for me. I've been having a good time with my best friend and a couple other good friends of ours all living in the same place for the first time since we graduated from college. You've always got to kind of work on new friendships, which I get lazy about so I don't always make new friends. It's nice to have a couple friends around that don't take work, I guess. I'm such a creature of habit that being with these guys with these traditions of ours and a shared history that go back almost ten years has been pretty nice. But, all good things. I'll try to remember to bring my camera and take pictures on the road to share with you all, but I said the same thing about Israel last summer and that never happened, so don't hold your breath.
Hope you're all doing well.
