So, I threw a little conniption fit the other day in which I decided I didn't really want to participate publicly in this site anymore. Well, I'm over it. I read a bunch of ZOT threads and it was a little troubling. It seems like the pattern goes like this: (asshole) Member makes rediculous and/or highly offensive post about...
Other members point out how foolish (asshole) member was.
(asshole) Member gets defensive and tries to make ineffectual comeback.
Members mock (asshole) member's comeback mercilessley and goad them on.
(asshole) Member loses his or her cool and starts making rediculous, offensive comments all the while claiming that their original intention is being ignored.
Members seize on the various stupid comments (asshole) member makes and start building off of their own ridicule.
(asshole) Member gets the ZOT.
Ridicule continues until moderator intervenes.
All kind of disturbing and got me feeling pretty negative. I then commenced making an ass of myself, questioning an SG a little to vigorously about inane topic. I was then duly and rightfully chastised by a couple of the guard dogs floating around the thread.
Well anyway, if you can here this Fatality, I'd like to publicly appoligize for insinuating that you are an anti-semite, and I'm sorry for any offense this may have caused.
