Last night, my bed-mate was once again Insomnia. Isn't she a wonderful girl to sleep with?
So, four hours of sleep later, I'm up and trying to get ready for work.

I've always found the best way to treat Insomnia is to ignore her and eventually she will go away. Once she knows you are intimidated by her, she will never leave.
