This week i finished my 1200 hours at Paul Mitchell the school Tampa. I cant believe that over a year ago I moved here on my own and proved my whole family back home that I'm worth something. Not only did I do this for myself but I chose Paul Mitchell because the whole company cares so much about the community. On Tuesday September 9th 2014 we visited local fire stations and thanked them for their service. Everyone knows someone that was effected by 9/11. We brought them gifts and we told stories about where we were that day and how much it means to us that they are there to serve and protect. This whole month we are giving a special out to anyone who serves and protects our country to a free scalp massage , haircut and a discounted color service to thank them for all that they have done. Going to this school and giving to so many different charities has really opened my eyes that you really do get back all that you give. I feel so much better about myself now that I've helped not only firemen, but gave to deaf children, gave complimentary services to children with cancer, homeless people, and abused women. I know that this career path is going to be the right life path for me and I can't wait to not only show off my talent but to give even more to society
