Well hello
I just returned from class we created two dishes today.
First was Red Snapper fillets with a Buerre Blanc, a side of smashed red potatoes with caremalized shallots, and steamed broccoli. It TURNED OUT AWSOME. Before Starting at Le Cordon Bleu, I was not much of a fish eater now i think i am begining to really enjoy it. I still am not to sure about salmon.
Then for our second dish we served Blackend Salmon with red bell pepper Couli, a side of spicey brown rice and ratatouille. This dish I must say I funked up pretty good we cooked it in a iron skillet an i burned the salmon real good, It suck but the presentation was alright I will post those in time, so you can see.
Any way other thaan that I think my day was pretty good.Now Iam going to enjoy a heineken and hit on my hot neighbor.
