I think I've been hit with a charisma stick or something...It's all good. I guess I'm just a big flirt or something. For the record...I'm still single...and having a GReAt time... 
I really dig getting to know people...it's full of surprises...and fortunately they are all good right now...
As for work: A bunch of big wigs for the restaurant we're building flew in and checked out the store...they were absolutely extatic with our work, quality, progress...everything!!
...doesn't mean I get any more money...well, it could actually translate into a little more ...but we will get more jobs from them for sure...

We have our eyes set on an investment property in the area. The only problem is we don't know the extent of the water damage that has been done to the roof, and ceilings.
Its hard to find a good contractor out here that won't charge you an arm and a leg. Some times i think that they are trying to pay off all there debt and their kids college with one project.
