I found a partner, someone I can trust. It looks like I'm buying this property in Longmeadow, which is a very desirable area, for those of you who don't know it.
The inside desperately needs a new kitchen and some updates and corrections. The deal is not finalized, but everything looks in order. The plan is to do the work in 30-45 days and put it back on the market...and make some dough!
