well...... so much for that idea.... so what do we do next kidzz?.... no cryin about it... we brought this on ourselves.... now it's time to get to work on the business of fixxing what's fucked up around here... and in ourselves... I love you all my friends, but (& I include myself in this)... we've all been way to fucking complacent... we can't keep sitting back in our comfort bubbles, watching on TV what we don't even pretend is information any more, happy that gas isn't over $3 a gallon yet & expecting America or humanity to fix itself... I don't care how lefty radical you think you are... we didn't do enough.... the numbers we saw in the streets before the start of this war should have never let up & kept multiplying... we lost our momentum... we lost our urgency... & now we've lost our place at the table... but we have not lost our voice... nor have we lost our responsibility... it doesn't matter whose in that big white plantation house (if you thought Kerry would have consituted real change... well, you were kidding yourself)... what matters now is how we hold this administration to task for the next four years... how we watch them, demand information from & about them, force them to represent all of us & condemn no one... and we must be prepared for what ever action we take four years from now.............

it is time we released our hearts to do the work they were meant to do... to shelter, to comfort, to heal, to nurture.... time to release them from the chains of fear & apathy...
