Night #4 workout complete. May get a small work out in before work tomorrow evening then take tomorrow night off from it - don't want to over-do it. May start working out 2 nights on... a night off to give my body time to recuperate instead of tearing something. My shoulder already aches (may be a torn rotator cuff) I've found a few weight lifting techniques to avoid using that part of the shoulder and still get the work out I need.
